Matter. It is a book of inspiring Christian poems written by Saundra
McFarland. All talent provided by God in Heaven. This is Saundra's first
book that was released January 16, 2006. Publish America is the
publisher. Saundra begin writing after her mom passed away Oct. 2004.
She was having a hard time dealing with her grief. Saundra's family
received more news that devastated their family just two months after
her mom passed away Saundra's husband Anthony was told he may have MS.
Saundra said her faith was really being tested. She struggled to deal
with her grief and with the idea her husband may have Multiple
Sclerosis. She begin to wonder what she had done wrong. Then Saundra
remember with God all things are possible. So she done the only thing
she could, she begin to pray. She prayed for God to make Anthony's tests
negative and prayed for God in Heaven to give her something to keep her
busy to help deal with her grief. The poems started to flow, soon
Saundra begin reading them in church. Her family and friends from church
begin encouraging Saundra to have her poetry published. So she prayed
for guidance and met a lady that already had a book published through
Publish America. She provided Saundra with the information on how to
submit her manuscript. She submitted her manuscript one day after her
mom's birthday. During this time Anthony got his results from his test
and they were negative. Their family had received a miracle from God in
Heaven. Anthony suffers from Degenerative Disc Disease so praise the
Lord he didn't have MS on top of that . During the time Saundra was
waiting to hearfrom the publisher about the manuscript another one of
her prayers was answered, Their fourteen year old daughter Laura was
baptized on Easter Sunday. Saundra got the news her book would be
published on June 9, 2005. She was so excited. Saundra states that the
Lord has bestowed many blessings to her family. They give God all the
praise and glory to everything they because God has given them

Saundra McFarland was raised in Tennessee, she then
married in 1988 and moved to Kentucky. She begin writing poetry as a way
of helping her deal with problems in her life. On Oct. 16, 2004, Saundra
lost her mom, she was devastated. Saundra was trying to find a way to
deal with her grief so she begin writing Christian poetry.
