WITH LOVE AND THANKS

Jesus Loves us very much and He proved it by dying on Calvary’s Cross
for us. Do we love Him? If so, what are we doing to prove it? Do we step
out of our comfort zone and make sacrifices for Him, or do we just serve
Him when it is convenient for us? Are we putting Him ahead of everything
and everyone? Does He have the first priority in our lives?
Sometimes we go to Him and ask Him to help us several times a day, but
how often do we go to Him to just say thank You? Do we tell Him that we
love Him? We may pray for years for something or for someone and then
when He answers our prayers all we say is thank You. We just thank Him
once yet we spent several years praying for the need.
I think sometimes that we take Him for granted. We know that He is
faithful and that He will never leave us, so sometimes without even
realizing it, we take Him for granted. We expect Him to hear and answer
our prayers. However, when He says something to us, many times we tune
Him out or just ignore Him.
Our hearts should be filled with love and gratitude for Jesus. We need
to understand that while our salvation is free; it cost Him everything.
O’ that we would fall in love with Jesus and give Him His rightful place
in our hearts and lives. He is worthy of our love, devotion and thanks.
Thank God for a Saviour who Loves us unconditionally!
